HS4X-B Type Semi-rigid double wall tube
HSWH-B4X semi-rigid double-wall tube for automotive wire harnesses is composed of polyolefin and hot melt adhesive double layer. The outer layer is semi-rigid polyolefin material with high wear resistance and strength. The inner layer of hot melt adhesive has low melting point, can buffer mechanical strain and has strong sealing property.
Products with high rate shrinkage and wear resistance characteristics, widely used in electronic equipment wire connection, automotive wiring harness, home appliance wiring harness, wire and cable branch, metal pipeline, wire and cable repair, submersible pump wiring and other need to seal occasions.

The WILLELE HSWH-B4X series is a semi-rigid double-wall tube designed specifically for automotive wire harnesses. Made from polyolefin and featuring a hot melt adhesive layer, it offers excellent wear resistance and strength. The outer layer is semi-rigid, providing mechanical strain buffering and strong sealing properties, making it ideal for various demanding applications.
